Hello, there! Today I have an awesome recipe for a delicious smoothie. This smoothie is a berry smoothie, and you can really substitute any fruit. The amount you use depends on how many people you want to serve.
around 1 cup of milk (i prefer to use vanilla almond milk)
about 7 frozen raspberries
like 10 frozen strawberries
chia seeds (optional)
1 cutie (tangerine)
1 banana
Blend them all together and you will have a delicious berry smoothie
